Connecting formation and wisdom to strategic application

What we produce

/ Forum content

What are the key attributes that inform and transform a leader’s identity?

We have intentionally crafted the Forum’s content design and user experience to cultivate three essential attributes of biblical wisdom, leadership formation, and strategic application that collectively build the participant’s vocational leadership identity:

Biblical
wisdom

What we believe determines who we become. Our beliefs shape the values which enable us to prioritize relationships and time management. Our beliefs provide meaning and direction to our work. In essence, our ideas have consequences. And that’s why the Forum seeks to inform its participants by bringing to light how the world’s economic ideas and practices must be exchanged with a biblical worldview of the marketplace and economics.

Participants will be able to:

  • Apply faith and biblical principles to how you lead at work.

  • Examine how secular economic thought systems separate us from wise biblical principles.

  • Analyze the conventional arguments of socialism and capitalism and compare them to a biblical, service-oriented, and choice-based economic model.

formation

How we apply biblical wisdom to every aspect of life and work results in the proper formation of a leader’s character and identity. This process is most effectively engaged through a relationally-based community learning experience.

BridgePoint connects different generations around powerful biblical concepts that produce transformation as participants engage in leadership skill development and robust group discussion with accountability.

Participants will be able to:

  • Become a good steward of resources, which increases maturity.

  • Demonstrate being faithful in small tasks as the first step to becoming a reliable manager of greater things.

  • Develop a sound work ethic characterized by servanthood, reliability, productivity, and relatability.

How we act determines what we achieve. Our vision is to guide Forum participants to a life-long trajectory of transformation by embracing character growth, skill development, strategic thinking, and problem-solving. These attributes will increase the participant’s capacity to grow their influence in the work to which God has called them to steward.

Participants will be able to:

  • Implement nimble and adaptive problem-solving techniques that increase your capacity to leverage your organization’s power in new ways.

  • Enhance your relational skills as a manager and leader who serves and adds value to others.

  • Develop a set of ethical values to guide your strategic planning, decision-making, hiring procedures, problem-solving, asset management, etc.

These three essential characteristics unique to BridgePoint Forum are integral to how we partner with you to inform, form, and transform your identity, purpose, and leadership skills and capacities so that you can become a thoughtful and creative leader extending God’s Kingdom in the workplace.

How we produce

/Forum Learning Design

At BridgePoint, we believe while creating thoughtful content is central to our task, having an intentional learning design strategy and user experience is key to facilitating personal transformation.

The BridgePoint Forum is not merely about conveying biblically inspired messages about leadership. The content is designed to intentionally develop a participant's leadership skills and capabilities, transforming themselves and those they lead.

Our learning design strategy will enable Forum participants to:

  • Bridge the gap from a secular to a Christian worldview of economics and business.

  • Transform personal and culturally held assumptions in a dialog-rich and safe experience.

  • Apply timeless and universal biblical principles of business and economics.

  • Develop leadership strategies that empower others to pursue meaningful and productive growth.

  • Solve problems with informed critical analysis, applied biblical wisdom, and thoughtful strategic planning.

Scope & sequence

The Forum is comprised of eight modular courses.

Each module is a fully stand-alone course requiring separate registration. We suggest that all course modules be completed sequentially in the order provided.

The scope and sequence allow each module to run between 2-3 months if groups pace a session every two weeks. If desired, this pace makes it possible to complete all course modules in about two years.

Be fully engaged

/Join a cohort or by self-study

One of the most vital of the Forum’s goals is that your transformation is encouraged as participants fully engage in robust and honest discussion.

The means to accomplish this is through membership in a Forum that meets regularly, be it with colleagues, other small church groups, non-profit groups, or even friends.

The truths in these lessons have revolutionized my thinking. The teachings are incredible and worth the price of the course.

How it works and how to join

Whether you are a group of business leaders in your church fellowship, or Christians who work together, we can create a learning cohort on our platform for you to engage the Forum privately.

The program can be designed to fit the relational structure of your existing group.

Access the Forum through our online platform using your computer or with our Kajabi app for your mobile device. We encourage groups to meet in-person bi-weekly for the engaging forum discussions that lie at the heart of the transformation process.
